 At PrimeSource Financial Services, the SBA loan package is prepared for the Bank and for the SBA. Narrative and historical data is prepared, and the loan is underwritten to Bank and SBA standards. Assistance is provided for business plan, projections and assumptions.
We work with only SBA CLP and PLP lenders and will identify such lender prior to putting your package together.

 PSF provides loan signing and mobile notary services to assist you with all your loan signing needs - first mortgages, commercial and SBA loans, home equity loans. We can contact your client, set up the appointment, and meet with your signers at the location of choice. PSF can receive documents either by laser fax or e-mail, and return the completed documents, over-night, to the location specified.
