SBA Loan Packaging

At PrimeSource Financial Services, the SBA loan package is prepared for the Bank and for the SBA.  Narrative and historical data is prepared, and the loan is underwritten to Bank and SBA standards.  Assistance is provided for business plans, projections and assumptions.
 
We work with only SBA, CLP and PLP lenders and will identify such lender prior to putting your package together.  This way we know that the lender is interested early in the process.
 
The management team has over 25 years in SBA lending.  One of the principals, Ann Sisneros, has worked many years  for a major SBA lender and is expert in franchise financing, business acquisition financing and commercial real estate financing.
 
Our knowledge allows us to understand your business and communicate that to the lender in a format the lender will understand.  Our goal is to obtain your financing in an efficient and timely manner.
